Coppi's Wine Dinner March 2007 _____________________________________________________________________________ Our very first wine dinner turned out to be a huge success (click the icon to watch video) Over the summer, Michael R. Downey Selections, our wine provider,  gave us an opportunity to meet the winemakers that we feature here at Coppi’s Organic Restaurant.  We tasted various wines, learned about the process of wine making, and discovered exciting new grapes and flavors.  The photographs below show what a good time was had by all ... and since we all became fast friends, we're already planning a reunion this summer!
